Indie Music Resource Guide

Information about being included in the book

Unity and Strength in Independent Voices.

As I move to bring back publications, I’ve been reworking the brand and mission statement. In an effort to get right down the information about the book, if you’d like to read that, it’s below (quick link).

Spartaci. Unity and Strength in Independent Voices.

In our inaugural Independent Music/Artist publication, I am looking for musicians and artists who want to participate. I am offering free inclusion to bands and artists. (for already designed submissions). Promote an indie book or your newsletter? Sure. A sketch to promote your art? Yes!
There is also space for low-cost advertising for small businesses/services. Get in touch if you have any questions.

Indie Band Resource Book

Focus:
The Indie Band Resource Book will feature independent bands, services and resources for bands and fans. Consider ‘one-sheets’ like a flyer promoting your album, single, merchandise or band itself. This resource book could serve as a valuable tool for bands to gain visibility, especially within the indie music community. It also offers a platform for networking and discovering new music services and resources.

Our mission is to provide independent artists with a distinctive platform to showcase their music, merchandise, and stories. Through the Indie Band Resource Book, we aim to connect artists and fans, creating a supportive network that elevates the independent music scene.

Formatting Requirements:

  • Image: Bands are required to submit a black and white image measuring 8×10 inches (2400×3000 pixels) in .jpg format. Ensure all text is legible when printed at 300 dpi. If you need an image created, see below.

A collective movement of diverse artists contributing to a larger narrative of artistic freedom and authenticity.

Spartaci celebrates the spirit of independence and the courage to forge one’s own path while recognizing the strength of a united community.

The power of art to bring people together, to inspire change, and to give a voice to the underrepresented. From the unique and shared experiences to the struggles and triumphs that each artist goes through while remaining true to their artistry and vision, no artist should stand alone.
